Faith at Home Canada is a ministry of The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada. Since its inception we have enjoyed an unique partnership between The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada, Mark Holmen of Faith at Home United States, and Focus on the Family Canada.
