Dear Friends:

Our community of St Albert has been hit hard by the Humboldt Tragedy.  Several of the boys killed grew up here, attended schools here and participated in many ways in our community.   Their families live among us and have just begun the journey of coming terms with their tremendous loss.  We cannot change what has happened.  But we can choose to cope, support and heal together.   Below you will find some resources to help you or someone you know start this journey.  Two messages give some perspective for the journey through troubled times.  The video series contains several sessions that can help us gain perspective of God’s presence through a tragedy such as this.

If you or someone you know  needs grief support, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We have some resources that can help. Or if you just want someone to pray with, please call.

May God be our refuge and strength in this very present time of trouble.
