Cardiff Lake Event Moved to Lion's Park!
Unfortunately, due to the recent rain and runoff, both the Sturgeon River and Cardiff Lake are currently closed to kayakers. Rather than cancel the event, we've decided to move this weekend's gathering away from the water and hope to reschedule the kayaking for later this summer.
We'd love for you to join us!

- Lion's Park : 21 Sir Winston Churchill Drive
Come enjoy:
- Fellowship and visiting
- Lawn games
- Hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire
All ladies are welcome, including friends, neighbours, and young ladies entering Grade 7 and up.
We'll provide:
- A warm campfire
- A limited number of chairs for those who are unable to bring one
- Hot dogs, buns, and condiments
- Bubly sparkling water
- Marshmallows
If possible, please bring:
- A lawn chair
- Bug spray
- Extra roasting sticks
- Lawn games (if you have them)

This helps us:
- Plan the right amount of food.
- Contact you if the weather changes and we need to cancel or move indoors. (One year we simply gathered at Tim Hortons for fellowship when the rain arrived!)
