This ministry aims to equip believers to grow in their faith, lead others to Christ, and support one another in the journey of becoming mature disciples. Our hope is that you find these classes, events and workshops helpful in your personal walk with God, and that they empower you to disciple others as well.
Baptism & Membership Class:
- When: Sundays, October 4, 11 & 18 ~ After the service
- Walk Through: Sunday, October 25 ~ After the service
- Description: This class is meant to prepare someone for baptism. We cover some elements of salvation like the gospel, the works of Jesus and their benefits for us, including the assurance of salvation and what Baptism is and is not.
Membership Class:
- When: Sundays, Oct. 4, 11 & 18
- Description: In this class we go over whta memebership is at SVBC. For intance, we cover the role and responsibilities of a member in the body of Christ, our Confession of Faith, spiritual gifts, among others.
Newcomer Luncheon:
- When: Sunday, November 8, 2026 ~ 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM in the Fireside Room
- Description: If you’re new to SVBC, join us for a relaxed lunch where you can meet our Leaders and connect with other newcomers. as you learn about our church!
