What Does Faith in Jesus Do?
The closest I ever came to experiencing a little poverty happened in my 20’s. I had graduated from University with a business degree. But the economy in Calgary was down and I could find no position for new graduates. So I had a carpet cleaning job that I’d done part-time through university. The owner at first had enough hours for me to keep going through the fall. But come December, they decided that they could no longer afford to pay me.
