Luke 2:8-20

Eli was a boy like any other boy.  He loved playing with his friends and getting into mischief. He came from a town in Northern Israel called Nazareth and certainly didn’t have an easy life.  His father died when he was only 3. So his mother did the best she could raising four kids on her own.   Around age 11, Eli began to hang out with friends who participated in questionable activities.  Desperately seeking approval from older boys, he did whatever they told him to do.
