Senior Director of Worship & Community

The Senior Director of Worship & Community is a relational leader responsible for shaping Christ-centered corporate worship environments and building compassionate congregational care systems that align with the SVBC vision. In this dual-focused role, you will plan and lead worship gatherings, mentor musicians and technical volunteers toward excellence and humility, and equip a care team to provide visitation, encouragement, and support to individuals and families during key life moments. Working within a collaborative ministry team, you will leverage your mature faith and worship leadership experience to foster a unified, authentic community where people feel deeply seen, supported, and spiritually encouraged.

Youth Director

We are seeking a passionate Youth Director who will encourage students in their faith, foster authentic relationships, and help guide the next generation in following Christ. Working alongside families and the broader church community, this individual will play an important role in cultivating a vibrant, supportive, and welcoming youth ministry.
